The Dreadful Tongue |

Next, the hunter fixes his knife in the ground with the blade up! When a fearless wolf follows his sensitive nose to the source of the scent and discovers the bait, he licks it, tasting the fresh, frozen blood! This pleasure drives the beasts nature, and it begins to lick faster, more and more vigorously, lapping the blade until the razor keen edge is bare. Feverishly now, harder and harder the wolf desperately licks the blade frozen in the Arctic night. So great becomes his craving for blood that the wolf doesn't notice the razor sharp sting of the naked blade on his own tongue, nor does he recognize the instant at which his insatiable thirst is being satisfied by his own warm blood. His carnivorous appetite just craves more....until the dawn finds him dead in his own blood! No one can really understand, how cruel gossip can be, until they themselves find their heart and reputations at the edge of a merciless sword. A cruel gossip can only be likened unto that BLOOD THIRSTY WOLF, who at all costs must satisfy his or her cravings. Just like a gossip in the dark, stumbling across a juicy "morsel" of rumor or a tidbit of "hearsay" and so sets its thoughtless tongue to devouring, without realizing; its actions are destroying not only the innocent but their very own soul! Many a SLANDERER has mingled and mixed their lives with cruel sharp lies and have ignorantly satisfied their beastly habit, with nothing less than their very own life; using their very own words! There are proven ways by which Eskimo hunters shrewdly destroy fierce beasts, and one such method is still used by the inhabitants of the cold Siberian north: Bringing about self annihilation to a blood thirsty wolf! First the Eskimo or native hunter coats his knife blade with animal blood and allows it to freeze. Then he adds another layer of blood, and another, until the blade is completely concealed by frozen blood. |
