Unexpected Circumstances?
While motorcycling through the Hungarian countryside, a friend, Barnardo Gollyfer was barreling down a country road and came up to a railway line just as the crossing gates were coming down. He down shifted and halted his motorcycle. Now while he sat idling, he was soon joined by a farmer with a goat, which the farmer tethered to the crossing gate.
A few moments later a horse and cart drew up behind Gollyfer , followed in short order by a man in a very fancy sports car. When the train roared through the crossing, the horse suddenly was startled and bit Gollyfer on the arm. Not a man to be
trifled with, Barnardo responded by punching the horse in the head. In consequence the horse's owner jumped down from his cart and began scuffling with the motorcyclist. The horse, which was not up to this sort of excitement, backed away briskly, smashing the cart into the fancy sports- car. At this, the sports-car driver leaped out of his car and joined the fray.
Then and there the farmer came forward to try to pacify the three flailing men. As he did so, the crossing gates suddenly rose and the farmers goat was lifted up and was slowly strangled. While the farmer tried to save his goat, it kicked him in the face, breaking a few teeth loose. At last report, the insurance companies were still trying to sort out the claims. So much for that vacation!
Life is full of unexpected surprises. You don’t have to worry about having to go out and find them or invite them your way, believe me, they will hunt you down and make sure they not only introduce themselves to you but leave a lasting impression. Just hope that these unexpected circumstances don’t leave to deep an impression!
