Where Are My Brains? |

My Aunt Linda, age 23 was visiting our family, and one day she went to a nearby supermarket to pick up some groceries. She placed her items into the car and ran next door to collect a few more things and then returned back to her car. Once she got into her car, she just sat there for a really long time. It was a very hot day and several people noticed her just sitting there with her engine off. Then after a while, a market attendant noticed her sitting in her car with the windows rolled up with her eyes closed, with both hands behind the back of her head and mentioned this to a customer. The customer became concerned when he saw her still sitting there on his way to his car and walked over to my Aunt Linda. He noticed that her eyes were now open, and she looked very strange. He tapped on the window and asked her if she was okay, but my Aunt Linda shook her head NO, and replied, "I've been SHOT in the back of the head, and had been holding my brains in for over an hour!" The man ran and called the paramedics, who broke into the car because the doors were locked and my Aunt refused to remove her hands from her head. When the paramedics finally got in, and carefully began to examine her, they found that my Aunt Linda had a wad of Bread Dough stuck on the back of her head! Apparently, due to the extraordinary heat build up in the closed car on this hot day, a Pillsbury Biscuit canister had swelled and then exploded, making a loud Bang that sounded like a gunshot! Then the wad of dough was blasted out and hit my Aunt Linda in the back of her head. When she reached back to find out what it was, she felt the wet dough and thought for sure it was her BRAINS. She initially passed out, but quickly recovered and tried to hold her brains in for over an hour until someone noticed and came to her aid…And, yes, my Aunt Linda is a blonde, well at least a dyed blonde!
